Testing checklists

Kosuke generates a testing checklist for a session from the branch-only diff, which means changes that arrived from main are excluded. Each item has a label, a description and a severity of critical, major or minor, and you mark it pass, fail, or unset. Regenerating keeps items that still apply, drops ones that no longer do, and adds items for uncovered changes.
