Before you start

This walks one repository from nothing to its first pull request. It takes about ten minutes, most of it waiting on the deploy agent.

Two things have to be true, and neither is something Kosuke can do for you:

  • The Kosuke GitHub App is installed on the repository. Kosuke reads and writes through the app, not through your personal token, so a repository without it cannot be imported. The import dialog links to the install page.
  • The workspace has an AI provider configured. Anthropic or OpenAI, by API key or by OAuth login. Without one, sessions cannot start, and GET /api/organizations/{orgId}/access-status reports why. Set this under Settings, Providers.
