Syncing from main

When main moves ahead, a session can sync. The sync agent merges, and where it cannot decide alone it pauses in awaiting_decision and asks. You answer by sending the decision text to the same endpoint, and the job continues. Syncing requires the project to be deployed, since main has to be serving current code.
